Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Changed your mind? Email us at hello@gameperch.com within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be unopened and in its original packaging. We’ll reply with the return address; you cover the shipping back to us, and we’ll refund your purchase minus a 15% restocking fee to your original payment method.

Opened it but never got it to the table? If the game is complete and like-new, we may still accept the return with a 30% restocking fee, at our discretion. Games that show play wear aren’t eligible for a changed-mind return.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item? Send a photo to hello@gameperch.com and we will replace it or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. No restocking fee and no need to ship anything back.

Refunds are issued within 5 business days of approval. Depending on your bank, it can take a few more days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Sale items are eligible for the same 30-day return window.
